HI :) recently I obtained my certificate of good standing from my saudi license.. I thought its very hard to get one, because I am not already in KSA. I am applying for HAAD dataflow and licensure and they need good standing for my licenses. just wanna share how did I get my certificate of good standing even if you are not in Saudi Arabia anymore..
Here is what I did.
First, you have to register online application for good standing in their website
go to SAUDI COMMISSION FOR HEALTH SPECIALTIES website (click here --> SCFHS) and go to E-SERVICES PORTAL.
on the options, click E-SERVICES LIST, then REGISTRATION
choose REQUEST CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING
then they will ask for your SCFHS Registration Number (it is your Saudi license number. for example: 11JN00***** -- no space or hypen!)
click NEXT, and your name and license information will appear. then you will be asked to enter your VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and mobile number. BE SURE TO GIVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS because they will email your certificate of good standing in this email address! for mobile number, just enter your friend's mobile number (she/he should be currently in saudi arabia or a valid KSA mobile number. anyway its not important, just the email address).... then click NEXT
a window like this will appear
select GOOD STANDING and then click ADD SERVICE. then click NEXT. a window will appear like this
then click CONFIRM
the price for certificate of good standing is SR 300. copy your account number because you will need it while paying in SADAD payments...
NOW, HOW TO PAY?
FIRST, you must have a friend in Saudi Arabia and ask her/him to pay for it thru Al Rahji/Riyadh bank online ATM.
(what I did, I asked my friend to pay it for me, she used her Al Rahji ATM.)
HERE IS THE PROCESS OF ONLINE PAYMENT
in any Al Rahji or Riyadh online ATM machines, click SADAD PAYMENTS. then they will ask for a 3-digit code.. the code for Saudi Council Health Specialties payments is 129. after entering the 129 code, they will ask for the account number. Just enter the account number in your SCFHS registration.
it is in .pdf format. If you want a hard copy, just print it! SCFHS will not personally send certificate of good standing to you or to your requesting facilities. They will just email it to you, and it is valid!

al Rahji debit atm is enough. Did you enter a valid email address? If still you haven't yet received your certificate, just call their hotline 920019393. Or check also SPAM folders of your email :)
Hi. I have the same problem as chrisylene. I paid the SCHS bill via SADAD 2 days ago and still I did not receive any confirmation from SCHS that they received my payment. SADA already deducted 300 sar to my account. In my SADAD account, it indicates that the account number from SCHS is already paid and there is no outstanding balance. But If i check in SCHS website, they say I still have an unpaid bill. Need help please. thanks

Hi. Thanks for this very informative blog. Nabanggit mo kasi that you've undergone dataflow for haad exam, kasi i am currently prcessing my dataflow too.. Prob ko eh, january 23 2014 yung issuance nung CGS ko, may 3 months na sya from that time bale april 23 2014 yung ika-3 month nia, di pa naman kasi completed yung dataflow ko kasi pending pa yung saudi license and COE ko. Ive been waiting for 1 month now para sa completion ng dataflow ko. My problem po is, iaaccept pa po kaya yung CGS ko kahit sabihin nating naexceed na ng 3 months yung CGS ko from the time of issuance? Thank you!
After requesting for CGS, how much time will they give you for paying 300 SR? Is it withi 24 hrs upon request or more?
I just wonder about the validity of the certificate, is it only for 4 months. What will we do once it's expired.

Hi. Ok I will answer you guys one by one:
My dataflow is not yet finished, it is still on process. Yes 3 months lang ang validity ng CGS. Dapat kapag ipapasa mo siya sa Dataflow, hindi pa siya expired. same sa local and kahit sa saudi license dapat 3 months lang..so kung mag e expired na yang CGS mo, you have to request for new one. Ok lang sa PRC kasi 75 pesos lang, while ang CGS sa saudi is 3000 pesos! so magrequest ka ng CGS kapag sure ka na for dataflow.
Once nagbayad ka na sa saudi council ng 300 SR (through SADAD payment), just wait for 24-48 hours, i email na nila sayo yung CGS mo. sa case ko, 1 day lang nareceived ko na sa email :)
ang ginamit kong email is yahoo. actually it doesn't matter as long na active and valid pa yung email mo.. make sure sa email na ibibigay mo, para hindi "maligaw" ang CGS mo :)

you can pay the 300 SR using any bank's ATM or even using your bank application on your smart phone by SADAD.
I just payed and got the certificate 10 minutes later.

hi. cash payments are notf allowed. tbru atm al rahji or any banks basta SADAD payments. if you have friend in saudi, you can ask a favor to pay it for you.
you can request for SCFHS Good standing, its fast and easy online. i think pwededin ang employer mo basta they know your Saudi council ID number :-)
UPDATED: if you guys want to get Good standing because of Dataflow and EXIT na kayo ng Saudi, kahit more than 3 months na ang Good standing, they will accept it. basta EXIT na ha.

Hello Anonymous, yup within one month dapat mabayaran mo na siya otherwise mag e expired yung account. need mo magregister again kapag ganun nangyari..yes any ATM will do basta SADAD..NCB, AL RAHJI, RIYADH BANK etc

Mam sa case ko naman nagexit ako nung May this year. nung May then this year nakapasa ako ng DHA exam..then ngaaply ako ngaun sa abu dhabi. iproprocess nila ung conversion ng license ko DHA to HAAD. sabi ng company na mgprorocess ndi na daw pwede ung SCFHS na good standing ko? kelangan ko pa bang kumuha ulit?
mam san po pwedeng tumawag para i correct lang ung name ko sa cert of good standing. kc wala akong middle initial.

once exit ka na from saudi, ok na kahit old good standing ipakita mo..basta exit ha. pero sa case mo DHA,kung sabi ng ina applyan mo na bago ang kailangan, i guess you have to get another one again :-)

@Myca Shist dela Cruz - registration Number is your saudi license number as well.. I dont know if we can find our license number online. :( better ask your employer that you need your ID number..
@Anonymous- 7 days mo makukuha ang COGS sa PRC... wala silang express, nagtanong na ako eh. pero may nagsabi na friend ko, pwede pa din express one day (i dont know how much). 75 pesos kapag nag request ka sa PRC ng COGS :)

@Anonymous - the account number that SCFHS gave to you has an expiration for one month, so dapat ma settle mo yung bill sa account na yun before mag one month or else, made deactivate yun and you will need to request for another one
@Jessa -i dont know really ang process pag cash. thru ATM lang talaga sila, nabasa ko din sa website nila. ang gawin mo nalang, mag ask ka sa friend mo na nasa saudi to pay for you.. Im sure you have friends there. then bayaran mo nalang sila in return. ganun ang ginawa ko eh
REGISTRATION NUMBER is the same as your SAUDI COUNCIL ID NUMBER.

No, wala naman expiration ang COGS sa saudi, and I think pwede ka pa din kumuha nun kahit hindi ka na bumalik sa saudi. if I were you, kukuha na ako ng COGS ngayon and will keep it for my future applications.. bago ka pa man ma ban sa saudi ng tuluyan.

Hi Anonymous, dapat natanggap mo na yan sa email mo kasi usually 1 day lang, ise send na nila yan after ma settle mo payment. Did you check your spam mail? tama ba email address na ibinigay mo sa kanila? you can follow up your COGS by emailing them scfhs@scfhs.org

Hi. Nagwork ako sa Saudi before at nag-exit na last year. Now I'm planning to apply in UAE kaya kailangan kong iprocess yung Dataflow ko. Anonymous- Yes pwede ka pa din kumuha ng COGS kahit expired na saudi license mo. Good standing eh nakasulat doon kung nagkaroon ka ng bad record during the years na hawak mo ang license.

--Opo pwede kahit anong date basta dapat yung month and year is tungma sa TOR. Kapag EXIT na from saudi, no need na ng new COGS. kahit yung kinuha mo na COGS dati, pwede na po yun. yung sa PRC lang ang dapat "not more than 3 months"

Tumawag na din kami saudi council pero sa account daw may problema nag email na din sila sadad but its been two weeks po pag magbayad kasama ko invalid pa din po, san po ba pwede tawag or may alam po ba kayo ganito din ang case? hoping someone can give an advice, i requested for my cgs on april 29, 2016 ti be send in an email directly to the onstitution that im applying but it is not receive until today, i even tries to contact saudi council and they re send it agaiin with the email of the institution, but after a week it is still not there.
what will i do now? it is ramadhan now and no one is answering my call even if i wait an hour they just keep me on hold, o am getting so worried now i badly need to pass that certificate as my application will expire soon.
