an angel from heaven

who couldn't resist to admire her angelic voice? at such a young age, she became famous in the Britain in mid 2007 after joining the Britain's Got Talent. although she didn't grab the title, she is the most lovable and favorite of the million english viewers and became an international hit at the age of 6 years old. i discovered that a little "tooth-less" girl is existing while seaching youtube just to have something to watch at that time. when i opened her video audition in BGT, all i did say was "OMG!" from then, i downloaded all of her songs from the limewire, transferred it to my iPod and listen every hour to her angelic voice.. and i didn't have the idea that i would become her no.1 fan here in the Philippines! i think very few Filipinos know her and haven't got the idea how talented she is. who am i talking to? she is no other than CONNIE TALBOT.

Connie never had singing lessons of any kind. She learnt naturally through her own karaoke machine, how amazing is this a 6 year old who can sing with the perfect pitch and is cute at the same time? At this point in time she is already being told shes going to be the next charlotte church, and i think we all believe the judges and people who are quoting this.

She wowed both the audience and judges with her amazing perfomance on the ITV show Britans Got Talent, when Simon Cowell said and I quote “Connie I’m going to speak to you like an adult” both connie's mum and the audience said “awww”.

..ooh, i just love connie talbot =)

The 3-Day-Diet

while reading the today's sunday spreadsheet, an article REALLY caught my attention: the 3-day diet meal. does it really work? i dunno. maybe. im going to try it and if it works, i'll be sexier or anorexic-er. i just wanna share.. here it goes.

DAY 1

breakfast:
black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet&Low or Equal
1/2 grapefruit or juice
1 pc. toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

lunch:
1/2 cup tuna
1 pc. toast
black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet&Low or Equal

dinner:
3 oz. any lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

DAY 2

breakfast:
black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets of S&L or Equal
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 pc. toast

lunch:
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
8 regular saltine crackers

dinner:
2 beef franks
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice

DAY 3

breakfast:
black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets S&L or Equal
5 regular saltine crackers
1 oz. cheddar cheese
1 apple

lunch:
black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets S&L or Equal
1 boiled egg
1 pc. toast

dinner:
1 cup tuna
1 cup carrot
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup melon
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

-in addition, dieters should drink 4 cups of water or noncaloric drinks daily.
