HOW TO GET CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING - SAUDI LICENSE

HI :)  recently I obtained my certificate of good standing from my saudi license.. I thought its very hard to get one, because I am not already in KSA. I am applying for HAAD dataflow and licensure and they need good standing for my licenses. just wanna share how did I get my certificate of good standing even if you are not in Saudi Arabia anymore..

Here is what I did.

First, you have to register online application for good standing in their website

go to SAUDI COMMISSION FOR HEALTH SPECIALTIES website (click here --> SCFHS) and go to E-SERVICES PORTAL.

on the options, click E-SERVICES LIST, then REGISTRATION

choose REQUEST CERTIFICATE OF  GOOD STANDING

then they will ask for your SCFHS Registration Number (it is your Saudi license number. for example: 11JN00*****    -- no space or hypen!)

click NEXT, and your name and license information will appear. then you will be asked to enter your VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and mobile number. BE SURE TO GIVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS because they will email your certificate of good standing in this email address! for mobile number, just enter your friend's mobile number (she/he should be currently in saudi arabia or a valid KSA mobile number. anyway its not important, just the email address).... then click NEXT

a window like this will appear

select  GOOD STANDING and then click ADD SERVICE. then click NEXT. a window will appear like this

then click CONFIRM

the price for certificate of good standing is SR 300. copy your account number because you will need it while paying in SADAD payments...

NOW, HOW TO PAY?

FIRST, you must have a friend in Saudi Arabia and ask her/him to pay for it thru Al Rahji/Riyadh bank online ATM.

(what I did, I asked my friend to pay it for me, she used her Al Rahji ATM.)

HERE IS THE PROCESS OF ONLINE PAYMENT

in any Al Rahji or Riyadh online ATM machines, click SADAD PAYMENTS. then they will ask for a 3-digit code.. the code for Saudi Council Health Specialties payments is 129.  after entering the 129 code, they will ask for the account number. Just enter the account number in your SCFHS registration.

AND NOW YOU ARE DONE! after 24 hours or less, check your email inbox and you will receive your certificate of good standing right away! That's why I am telling you , you have to enter a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS in SCFHS online registration to prevent problems, 300 SR is not a small money!

here is a sample of good standing certificate

it is in .pdf format. If you want a hard copy, just print it! SCFHS will not personally send certificate of good standing to you or to your requesting facilities. They will just email it to you, and it is valid!

GOOD LUCK!

In The Land Of The Sand

not in a second thought,, or even third thought, that I am gonna be a nurse, working here in the middle east.. at least i have forseen myself working abroad (well that's what the fortune-teller also told me like years before, that i will work abroad..), but the least choice here especially in Saudi Arabia.. why? because there is no life here.. i can spell the word BORING even when i am asleep.. no brightlights (except the moon), no pets (but katir puskals/cats here, eating our leftover foods, that's why they're so healthy!), no shorts, sleeveless, no girls and boys walking together, no trendy clothes, all but tarha (cloth covering in the hair of women) and abaya (the black dress).... actually, i find their culture-- w.e.i.r.d

when i arrived here, like 3 months ago (OMG, i can't believe that i am still alive for 3 months!), all i can say, WELCOME TO PRISONER OF AZKABAN! LOL! first night million miles away from my families, it was hard to close your eyes.. i even dreamed that i was just dreaming that i was here in saudi arabia (what? dream within a dream?? this is Inception!).. but when i woke up, DAMN! reality bites.. but as time passed by, and when i got my lafftaff and have been chatting with my family and bf, my loneliness was lessen, just 1%, at least! and i was starting to realized that i am here because i wanted this job, and the tough experience i had just to be here.. and not all people especially nurses in our country have the opportunity to work here.. so i thought i should be thankful that i was given a chance by Him :) Now i can help my family,, inshallah.. and for my future also..

then when i started to work in the hospital... the nightmare begins....

NARS

waah! ako ay isa nang NARS! soo blessed! finally, im not a money changer worker, nor a bummer sa haus.. but a so-called staff nurse. first day of work kanina, super toxic agad. after a 10-minute orientation, nag circulating nurse then, newborn care, then nag monitor ng baby, then biglang may emergency sa ER (malamang), then nag admit ng patient, whew. walang period ang araw. kakain pa lang ako ng baon kong skyflakes, me utos ulit. toxic. naka gala uniform pa naman ako. mukha na kong basang sisiw sa sobrang init at kaba. ayun, di ko namalayan, tapos na pala duty. bukas ulit. mag straight kami 16 hours. o di ba parang resident MD lang. kakatuwa at napa practise ko na ang nursing. kakaiba ang happyness. im sleepy. i need a drum of coffee tomorrow. i miss my hun. got no time sa lovelife (haha. as if). Good luck to me. sana hindi toxic bukas.
PS. kita nyo naman sa pic ko, wasted RN haha.

Chonan, purr-fect pet!

Chonan is our latest pet in our house. she was bought by my ate daisy as a present to our mom. i was so excited when i saw her: coz i love cats more than any other animals in the world, and knowing that she was the first imported animal ever to stepped in our house.. and gosh, she's a SIAMESE..!!

Chonan is yes, a siamese cat.

The Traditional Siamese (aka Applehead Siamese) is one of the oldest breeds of domestic cats. It preserves the look of the breed much as it existed when originally imported from Siam (Thailand) - a muscular, athletic cat, with round head and brilliant blue eyes and the striking contrast between point and body color which characterizes the breed. They are very calm, affectionate cats, typically healthy and long-lived - 15-20 years is average, and over 20 is not uncommon.

Chonan's name is given by my nephew,Takuya, whom he got from a famous fighter in Japan. Chonan, a slang term used in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) to denote submitting your opponent via a flying scissor heel hook. The term was coined after a Japanese fighter from Pride FC named Ryo Chonan used a flying scissor kick to take down Brazilian fighter Anderson Silva and then proceed to submit him with a heel hook at Pride Shockwave 2004. It is widely considered by many to be one of the most innovative and flashy submissions in MMA history. anyway, what a history of her name hahahaha.

Chonan is very playful. although she's mostly inside her cage (she jumps and breaks our furnitures everytime she's free from her dwelling), she manages to skip and run in a small cubicle. she is always hungry, and her favorite food is whiskas (because she has no choice!). she is usually loud this past few days, i think it relates of her mating-season-supposed-to-be, (namamali in Tagalog/Filipino). She is very friendly, lovable and sweet pet. she always wants being hugged and tickled. she bites our fingers every now and then but to the point that she wont' hurt us. she's one-of-a-kind. she has a bestfriend, Fussie, our other cat. Fussie is a local cat and unlike Chonan, very outgoing. He's a pure black in color.

Here you can see Chonan together with Fussie. aren't they adorable? nyahahaha. they're such a purr-fect cats in the world!

My Favourite Things

Brownies and doughnuts, macadamia, black chocolate
coffee with creamer, Gardenia with butter,
songs on my iPod that plays while i sleep,
these are a few of my favourite things

R.L Stine's Goosebumps and Kenneth's eyelashes,
journal named "Pensieve", my make ups-Mac, E.Lauder,
good friends' old letters that makes me reminisce,
these are a few of my favourite things
Harry's magic wand and Kyle XY series,
Mt. Fuji, Saitama and beach of Galera,
stars that twinkle brightly up in the sky,
These are a few of my favourite things

(chorus)
When the dog bites, when the bee stings,
when i'm feelig sad
i simply remember my favourite things
and then i don't feel so bad

an angel from heaven

who couldn't resist to admire her angelic voice? at such a young age, she became famous in the Britain in mid 2007 after joining the Britain's Got Talent. although she didn't grab the title, she is the most lovable and favorite of the million english viewers and became an international hit at the age of 6 years old. i discovered that a little "tooth-less" girl is existing while seaching youtube just to have something to watch at that time. when i opened her video audition in BGT, all i did say was "OMG!" from then, i downloaded all of her songs from the limewire, transferred it to my iPod and listen every hour to her angelic voice.. and i didn't have the idea that i would become her no.1 fan here in the Philippines! i think very few Filipinos know her and haven't got the idea how talented she is. who am i talking to? she is no other than CONNIE TALBOT.

Connie never had singing lessons of any kind. She learnt naturally through her own karaoke machine, how amazing is this a 6 year old who can sing with the perfect pitch and is cute at the same time? At this point in time she is already being told shes going to be the next charlotte church, and i think we all believe the judges and people who are quoting this.

She wowed both the audience and judges with her amazing perfomance on the ITV show Britans Got Talent, when Simon Cowell said and I quote “Connie I’m going to speak to you like an adult” both connie's mum and the audience said “awww”.

..ooh, i just love connie talbot =)
